• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with strong community support and long-term stability
• School-Based Behavioral Health Position focused on helping adolescents and families thrive
• Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• 4 Hours of Dedicated Administrative Time Every Friday
• Opportunity to build your practice with a supportive onboarding and ramp-up period
• NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible Site with additional state loan repayment opportunities
• Collaborative environment with school counselors, educators, behavioral health professionals, and psychiatric support

Practice Highlights:

• Work primarily with school-aged patients (ages 5-18, primarily 8-16)
• Conduct individual therapy, family counseling, assessments, crisis intervention, and behavioral planning
• Average appointment times of 30 minutes
• Manage a reasonable patient volume while maintaining quality patient care
• Modern EMR system and strong administrative support
