Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $60,000 per year
• Bonus Structure based on encounters per month
• 3% above baseline → $210
• 5% above baseline → $350
• 10% above baseline → $700
• Working the school year calendar

• Mileage Reimbursement
• $1,500 towards Continuing Medical Education
• Eligible for student loan repayment – up to $50,000

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (40 hours)
• Caseload of 5 patients per day minimum
• School based position working a 187-workday calendar

Requirements

• Clear and active LPC license in the state of Texas
• Bilingual is preferable and limited Spanish is accepted
• Capacity to work as part of a team
