Job Description
DirectShifts is seeking a Clinician/Facilitator - MST to work in Sacramento, CA.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communications and counseling skills.
- Able to influence people in a positive manner, prioritize responsibilities, and build rapport with a wide variety of individuals.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with major course work in social work, psychology, and counseling or a closely related field plus, at least four (4) years full-time experience in providing mental health services/social services case management or counseling – OR – possess a Master’s Degree, Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family therapy, leading to clinical licensure.
- Candidates in their last semester of graduate school may be considered. If the degree is complete, must become registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology.
- Some positions may require the possession of a valid LCSW, MFT, or PSY license, plus additional experience.
