Job Description

Seeking a SENIOR BEHAVIOR ANALYST to join our team!
This is a full time position in Owensboro, KY
  • Master's Degree
  • BCBA
  • Senior Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Relocation is negotiable and some travel is required


    We are currently searching for highly skilled BCBAs!

    Job Summary:
    +Exciting and challenging opportunity to manage, direct, and supervise 2 inpatient units; as well as:+Provides supervision for BCaBA's, and RBTs.
    + Develop behavior support and treatment plans, provide staff/caregiver training, and monitor programs.
    +Newly certified BCBA's encouraged to apply.


  • Minimum Qualifications:
    +Master's in human services or health-related field.
    +Possess and maintain Board Certified Behavior Analyst designation through the national certification body.
    +Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred.

  • +Responsible for overseeing the expansion of Behavior Analysis services to include outpatient and in-home community based programs.
