We’re hiring a Clinical Manager in Toledo, Ohio who wants leadership impact, stability, and strong benefits in a mission-driven mental health setting.

You’ll step into an overnight clinical leadership role focused on crisis services, team supervision, care coordination oversight, and program growth. You’ll balance administrative leadership with clinical quality oversight while guiding a small, dedicated team. You’ll have autonomy while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000–$80,000 salary (higher for independent licensure)
