Are you a BCBA looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with families — without being locked into a rigid clinic schedule?

We’re hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support families in the Springfield, MA area and surrounding communities across Western Massachusetts and Southern Connecticut.

This role is ideal for clinicians who want control over their caseload while delivering high-quality, family-centered ABA services.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and mentor ABA therapists / RBTs
• Provide parent training and ongoing coaching
• Review data and adjust programming based on client progress
• Ensure treatment integrity and ethical clinical practices

Services are provided in clients’ homes, and you’ll work closely with families each week.

Flexible Caseload & Schedule
• Typically 3–4 hours per client per week
• Standard structure: 3 hours supervision + 1 hour parent training
• Choose how many clients you take
• Part-time or full-time options available
• Flexible Monday–Friday scheduling

Full-time status is available for BCBAs who take on 9+ clients.

Compensation
• $85 per billable hour
• Paid based on services delivered under medical billing codes

Location & Logistics
• Clients primarily located in and around Holyoke, MA
• Travel between client homes is required
• Must be local to Western MA / Southern CT or relocating independently
• Reliable transportation required

Requirements
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Active state license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Strong communication and parent collaboration skills
• Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians preferred
