Therapist/Counselor at Limestone Health

As a Therapist, you will be a member of the clinical services team at Limestone Health. The Limestone Health therapy team is responsible for providing psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual and family therapy for patients suffering opiate addiction and other substance abuse issues. Responsible for the understanding of methadone maintenance therapy. Ensures accurate and timely patient documentation.

Position Details
- Responsible for providing psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
- Works with multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized plan of care.
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work or addiction counseling or relevant state licensure required.
- State Licensure per state requirements
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
Experience:
- Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients preferred.
