We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Cedar Park, TX. We are a suburb of Austin, within 20 miles from all that the city offers. Our office has grown like crazy, and we need to add another Chiropractor to our multidisciplinary team to allow for more growth and to be able to care for our growing patient base. This position allows a chiropractor to be the best provider they can be. Our ideal DC likes more than just adjusting and wants to do soft tissue, some rehab with corrective exercises, and enjoys helping others reach their optimal health. This job will allow you to make an impact in healthcare by working alongside others with common goals. The incoming associate must have extensive knowledge of the body's neuromusculoskeletal structure and functions, as well as current treatment strategies- soft tissue certification are helpful. Responsibilities:

• Examine and diagnose the spine, neck, and extremities for alignment and musculoskeletal problems.
• Take X-ray and interpret them.
• Diagnose and treat specific spinal, knee, ankle and wrist problems. Diagnose problems resulting from trauma, sports injuries, poor posture, repetitive work activities and pregnancy.
• Patient education as to their diagnosis, provide instructions for home care and recommended exercises to improve or maintain mobility, advise patients on ergonomics to maximize comfort while working at computer terminals or while driving.
• Manage pain with the use of heat, cold, electrical stimulation, and medications.
• Provide referral services when appropriate.
• Chiropractic care- soft tissues certifications are helpful. Active Release, Graston, Soft Tissue Instrument Assisted, and Rehab certs and any FMS or SFMA certs.
• Help co-write rehab plans with the Nurse Practitioner.
• Help the rehab team as needed with corrective exercise instruction.
• Provide soft tissue therapy as needed.
• Documentation, timely and accurate

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in TX
• Soft tissues certifications are a plus.

Schedule:

• Mon-Thurs 7:30-12:30 and 1:30-6:30

Salary (range):

• $70k-$76k
