Cath Lab Technologist - (Cath Lab Tech)
StartDate: 03/16/2020Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D Pay Rate: $1800.00 - 2250.00
JACKSONVILLE, FL. DRESS CODE: Seal Blue Scrubs. 418 bed facility. RCIS, Able to scrub on diagnostic, PCI, and complex cases. Required to scrub both peripheral and coronary cases. Advanced skills needed: IABP, Impella, Ventilator Management. Procedures performed on unit: Diagnostic Cath, PCI, Complex PCI, Diagnostic Peripheral and interventional cases, Carotid Stenting, PFO, AAA, TAVR, Watchman, Pacemaker, ICD, EP Studies, Ablations. 2+ years of experience AND the most recent 2 years MUST be in a hospital setting ONLY. There is a 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year. 3 Cath Labs / 2 EP Labs (Hybrid Room). Annual case volume > 4000 cases; > 800 PCI; > 50 TAVR; > 50 Watchman. Patient Ratios: Rooms staffed with 3 staff members (2 RN & 1 CVT; 1 RN & 2 CVT). Type of equipment: shared on interview. Documentation system: Meditech / Mac Lab. Floating policy: Currently to float to cover Cath Lab and / or EP. Certifications: RCIS for CVT's.
