144 bed facility. 2+ years of experience. 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year. Type of equipment : CSI, Hawke One, Volcano, Acist, Jet Stream, Angio Jet. Documentation system: Maclab for hemo, Meditech for nursing.Unit Specifics:Number of Beds : 144Cost Center:Length of contract: Typically 13 weeks, could extend if it works for both partiesShift: 7:00 to 5:30 (work 4 10 hr shifts per week with rotating on call days and weekends)Patient Ratios : Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 schedulerType of equipment : CSI, Hawke One, Volcano, Acist, Jet Stream, Angio JetDocumentation system: Maclab for hemo, Meditech for nursingScheduling requirements: 4 10 hour shifts, rotating day off, rotating call, one on call weekendFloating policy: noneOn Call Expectations: Rotating call, every 4 weeks 1 on call weekendWeekend Requirement: See abovePatient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics-Certifications: RCISMust have: Extensive knowledge in peripheral vascular procedures. CERTS REQUIRED: RCIS/ARRT & BLS
2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITAL SETTING REQUIRED
MUST HOLD CURRENT ACTIVE STATE LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
MUST BE FLEXIBLE
