Are you an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist looking for your next opportunity? We are hiring EP Techs for a prestigious health system in the Sacramento area seeking immediate coverage for a 26-week contract, with the option to transition into a permanent role.

Assignment Highlights

  • Start Date: ASAP (January preferred)

  • Duration: 26 weeks (temp-to-perm candidates welcome)

  • Schedule: 4x10s, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • No nights, no weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support during diagnostic and interventional EP procedures

  • Operate and maintain advanced EP equipment while ensuring patient safety across all age groups

  • Collaborate closely with the cardiac team during device implants and mapping procedures

  • Assist with pre- and post-procedure preparation, inventory management, and equipment setup

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of EP Tech experience

  • Graduate of an accredited Electrophysiology Technology program

  • Certifications: ARRT, RCIS or RCES, BLS, ACLS

  • Proficiency with ECG interpretation, cardiac simulators, Mac-Lab systems, and endocardial mapping systems (e.g., Biosense Webster)

  • Experience assisting with pacemaker and ICD implants in the scrub role

  • Ability to scrub in, assist, and independently set up procedures

  • Pediatric experience and PALS certification required
