Responsibilities of the Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
- Making sure equipment is operational prior to performing patient procedures
- Responsible for cleaning and stocking rooms after every exam
- Assists physician with imaging during diagnosis and treatment of cardiac cath lab patients of diverse ages
Requirements of the Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
- Registered ARRT Certification
- 2+ years of experience in Cardiology/Catheterization Lab
- RCIS preferred or obtained within 1 year of employment
- Current BLS and ALS
