Adelphi is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BA) to provide temporary services in a Forensic Treatment Centre located in St. Louis, MO.

Requirements:
• Registered and licensed in the state of Missouri
• Must be Board Certified
• The BA must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Responsibilities:
• The BA will be required to attend billable orientation and training on evenings and/or weekends.
• Conduct initial consultations with the client, and may perform diagnostic assessments.
• Conduct naturalistic observation of clients within individual and group settings.
• Creating simulated conditions, to observe the behavior of each client
• Formulate an appropriate treatment plan that is sensitive to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
• Administer treatment and tailoring interventions, as needed.
• Suggest additional treatment by other professionals, as required.
• Remain abreast of changes in research on evidence-based practices.
