Location: Napa in California
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral health treatment to individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other delays. You will design and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise a team of behavior interventionists and mid-level supervisors (BCaBAs), and work closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote positive, lasting changes in clients' lives—all within a local, non-traveling capacity.
Key Responsibilities
As a BCBA, your duties will include:

Design & Implement ABA Programs: Develop and implement a range of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism and other developmental delays.

Client-Centered Approach: Work with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create and tailor individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.

Direct Service Delivery: Provide one-on-one and group sessions to help clients meet treatment goals, fostering their progress and well-being.

Supervision & Mentorship: Train, supervise, and offer ongoing support to behavior interventionists and BCaBAs. You’ll also review progress, assess intervention strategies, and ensure effective treatment implementation.

Assessment & Reporting: Conduct functional behavior assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data, and provide detailed progress reports under the guidance of the Clinical Director.

Behavioral Consultation: Consult with families and schools to ensure the consistent application of treatment plans across environments, offering guidance on behavior management techniques.

Program Development & Oversight: Develop and oversee behavioral plans that help children improve their adaptive skills, social interactions, emotional regulation, and overall behavior.

Parent & Caregiver Empowerment: Provide support and training to parents and caregivers, helping them implement strategies that foster independence and positive behavior change.

Positive Relationships: Build and maintain supportive, positive relationships with clients, families, and other staff members to create a strong, collaborative team environment.
Requirements

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA Certification
-
Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or other delays

Proven ability to design and implement ABA programs

Supervisory experience is a plus

Consistent weekly availability with flexibility for afternoons and evenings as needed

Valid U.S. work eligibility
