Location: Solano county in California, with travel required
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Traveling Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality behavioral health treatment and support to individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other delays across various locations. You’ll travel to client homes and facilities, offering hands-on supervision, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and mentoring other professionals while working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Traveling BCBA, your duties will include:

Design & Implement ABA Programs: Develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other delays.

Client-Centered Approach: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create and adjust treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Direct Service Delivery: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help clients achieve their treatment goals and objectives.

Supervision & Mentorship: Train, supervise, and offer ongoing support to mid-level supervisors (BCaBA) and behavior interventionists at various locations.

Assessment & Reporting: Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop treatment goals, analyze data, and prepare progress reports.

Behavioral Consultation: Provide consultation to families, caregivers, and schools, ensuring that treatment plans are being properly executed.

Program Development & Oversight: Develop and oversee behavioral plans to enhance children’s behavior, social skills, adaptive skills, and emotional regulation.

Parent & Caregiver Empowerment: Support parents and caregivers in effectively implementing behavior management strategies in natural environments to promote client independence.

Travel Flexibility: Travel between client locations as needed, adjusting schedules to accommodate client needs and geographical considerations.
Requirements

Education & Certification:
-
Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA Certification
-

Experience:
-
Previous experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities

Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention programs
-
Supervisory experience is preferred

Travel Availability:
-
Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule. Availability in the afternoon and evenings.

Eligibility to work in the United States.

Valid California Driver’s license (if working in-person/hybrid)

Reliable transportation, and valid automobile Insurance.

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

BCBA Certification.
