Audiologist – Mason City, IA
Join a well-established, multi-location audiology practice serving IA and MN since 1987. Our Mason City team is seeking a full-time Audiologist to replace a retiring provider.
Practice Overview
- Full-time, M–F schedule (8–5, flexible hours), no weekends or call
- Patient load: 10–12/day
- Modern office with 4 fitting rooms, balance assessment room, and 2 booths
- Full range of services
- Access to major hearing aid brands: Oticon, Starkey, ReSound, Phonak, Lyric, etc.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 base + sales bonuses
- $60,000 tuition reimbursement bonus (over 5 years)
- Up to $3,000 relocation assistance
- 5 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays
- Health insurance (68% covered), dental, vision, 401(k) w/ 3.5% match
- Malpractice, licensure, dues, and CE fully covered
