Audiologist
Iowa - Multi-Location Private Practice
Join a respected, longstanding independent audiology practice with 11 locations across the region. The main clinic features 4 fitting rooms, a balance assessment room, and 2 sound booths, supported by additional satellite offices. Provide full-scope audiology services including diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus treatment, balance assessments, and aural rehabilitation.
Position Highlights:
- Typical patient volume 10–12/day, supported by strong referrals from ENT and primary care colleagues in the same building.
- Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday schedule (8–5) with optional flexibility (7–4 or 9–6).
- No weekends and no call, allowing for an excellent work–life balance.
- No call obligations—ever.
- Join a collaborative team of six audiologists and a hearing instrument specialist dedicated to patient-centered care.
- All licensure, dues, subscriptions, and malpractice are fully covered, reinforcing a culture of professional support.
- Professional stability, mentorship, student loan reimbursement, and opportunities to shape clinical programs within a growing practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $75,000- $85,000 base + Quarterly revenue based bonuses that provide earning potential between $87,000 - $200,000/annual.
- $60,000 tuition reimbursement bonus, paid out over three years.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Audiology (AuD)
- Eligible for state licensure; all fees covered.
- Full licensure support provided.
- Strong communication, patient-centered care approach, and the ability to work independently within a supportive team structure.
- Open to new graduates and experienced audiologists.
