Integrity seeks an energetic human resource professional to join our team. Integrity is a progressive, community-based, non-profit focused on substance abuse rehabilitation. Located primarily in Newark and Hudson County, Integrity delivers behavioral health services to over 3,000 clients each year. Integrity is the largest private non-profit substance abuse provider in the state of New Jersey.

The Director of Human Resources supervises 4 staff members and works collaboratively with a diverse set of program directors to ensure that Integrity remains the employer of choice for our clinicians and direct service staff. The Director Human Resources and his/her team administer all aspects of employment, for the agency’s 250+ dedicated staff members.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of human resources experience with clear strengths in coaching line managers, promoting positive employee relations and recruiting. S/He will have excellent change management skills and a strong commitment to employee development. Other requirements include non-profit interest and experience, knowledge of Human Resource/Payroll technology, compensation, benefits administration, and workplace diversity. Team orientation a must, Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits are offered.
