Position Summary

Mia Aesthetics is looking for a Finance Clerk whose primary responsibility will be to contact patients via phone to collect payments prior to the patient's scheduled surgery. Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner, multi-tasker, extremely organized, flexible and also possesses a positive and professional attitude. Attention to detail and clear communication with patients are essential.

In this role, the candidate will require but is not limited to:

  • Performs clerical and administrative functions such as customer service and record keeping.
  • Generates Invoices, conduct financial transactions, ensuring that financial transactions are on track and on time.
  • Responsible for Interviewing and Obtaining/Verifying clients information.
  • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • Provide excellent Customer Service, ensuring that client unique needs are meet.
  • Able to handle high amounts of money
  • Recommending and selling surgical procedures and accessories. (Based on patient's desires and doctor recommendations)
  • Verifying client eligibility for a possible refund
  • Candidate should work with a sense of urgency, have great organizational skills, and possess great sales skills.

Education and Experience:
