Position Summary
Mia Aesthetics is looking for an experienced Office Manager to provide leadership direction among employees. The ideal candidate would be an individual with managerial experience in the healthcare industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains workplace efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Designs and implements clinical and office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
  • Proficient in Mac and Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Associates Degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role required
