Business Office Manager

Full-Time

Business Office Manager supports the delivery of quality services and the financial goals and objectives of the organization through the effective day-to-day management of patient demographic and financial data.

BOM/Coordinator will perform activities upfront collections, financial counseling and data processing. BOM/Coordinator works in conjunction with the Central Business Office to ensure the accuracy of data necessary in the billing and collections process. BOM/Coordinator will follow policies and procedures to ensure accurate capturing and posting of financial activity to assist in maintaining accounts receivable at amounts appropriate for payer and acuity mix.

Education: Associates degree or higher in business administration, accounting or combination of education and relevant work experience.

Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable at the psychiatric healthcare facility, ICD-10 and previous supervisory experience preferred.

The ability to use and understand Excel is required.

License: Valid drivers license preferred.
