Staffing Coordinator

Full Time

Woodland Springs is a 96-bed behavioral hospital located in Conre, TX. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Woodland Springs we are dedicated to Changing Peoples Lives.

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be a member of the Nursing team at Woodland Springs. Our team drives a Clinical First attitude to help fulfill our mission of Changing Peoples Lives. The Staffing Coordinator prepares and manages the staffing schedule for the Nursing department. The coordinator serves as a central contact for communication of schedule changes, works with the payroll department and serves as administrative support to the DON.

  Position Details:

• Manages a staffing schedule for Nursing department (Nurses and Patient Care Assistants)
• Central contact for communication of schedule changes and pertinent staffing information.
• Contacts staff to provide coverage for staff call offs, and census fluctuations
• Works with payroll to help ensure accurate and timely payment of the Nursing department
• Works with the DON in an administrative role
• This position requires exceptional organizational skills

  Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent , Bachelor degree
• Valid drivers license preferred
• Experience:
• Prior experience scheduling/staffing highly preferred
