Outpatient Manager
An Outpatient Manager is needed in Burlington, KS.

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM)
- Lead and supervise department staff, oversee clinical processes, and ensure quality client care.
- Conduct performance evaluations and monitor staff productivity, caseloads, and documentation compliance.
- Provide direct therapy to a personal caseload while maximizing team efficiency and client placements.
- Represent the agency at local/state meetings, build community partnerships, and deliver presentations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, submit timely reports, and ensure compliance with state and agency standards.
- Model professionalism, foster positive relationships, and support staff growth.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and skills.
- Report directly to the Assistant Clinical Director
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in the mental health field
- Supervisory and leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work with patients of all ages
- Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work, counseling, or psychology is required
- The following licensures are accepted: LMFT, LCMFT, LMLP, LCP, LP, LPC, LCPC, LMSW or LSCSW
