Position Summary
Mia Aesthetics is looking for an experienced Post Operative Receptionist to provide excellent patient care while maintaining accurate recording. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on patient care with experience in the cosmetic surgery industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains patient confidentiality.
- Communicates to the patients in a manner that instills understanding and confidence about their post procedure discharge instructions.
- Follow-up telephone calls to patients after surgery and document phone conversation
- Handles all telephone communications with patients regarding post-operative care
- Reports any problems or unusual circumstances to the clinical manager or doctor.
- Understands and communicates well to patients about different surgeries and the healing process (Discharge).
- Understands and follows procedures for post-surgical and procedural processes.
- Displays consistent professionalism
- Other duties as assigned
- Proficient in Mac and Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
