Clinical Laboratory Supervisor needed in Suburbia Chicago!!!!!! Up to 10K sign on Bonus!!!!! We are looking for an experience Clinical Laboratory Supervisor that is a team player and can oversee a hospital lab team. Our client is a Critical Access Hospital that is growing and is looking for someone that wants to grow within, a leader with excellent people skills. You will be part of a great management team that cares about their staff and patience. Supervisor must have generalist experience in the laboratory and will to be hands on when needed.
You will have the luxury of living outside the city limit traffic, and expense, yet close enough to see the Chicago Bears, CUBS or Bulls play. The ideal candidate would:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and be ASCP certified or equivalate.
- Be a generalist that can supervise all benches Hemo, Micro, PCR, BB CVC, Blood Gases, Cross matching . Preferred Phlebotomy or willing to learn.
- Be a team player that could wear multiple hats in the laboratory.
