This critical role will serve as a strategic business partner to their assigned region. Individuals in this role will use data analytics to study employee engagement, turnover and other areas of HR, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. The Regional Human Resources Director will work with the facility HR and leadership team to address work with a variety of partners to align human resources practices to meet operational goals. This position is remote-based with 20% travel.
