Market Director of Quality and Risk Management
Sycamore Springs is a 48-bed behavioral hospital located in Lafayette, IN. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. Position Details: -
Monitors the hospital and clinics' quality programs
-
Works with employees to identify risk/safety concerns and leads the team to take correction action as needed
-
Collects incident reports; records, analyzes, investigates data and reports to Quality Council and CEO
-
Ensures hospital and clinics meets all regulatory standards and laws
Requirements: -
Master’s degree in health related field preferred or Bachelor’s degree in a health related field with equivalent in a psychiatric hospital

If applicable, Current encumbered clinical license by the State Board of Nursing
-
CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
Experience: -
Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred
