Sycamore Springs is a 48-bed behavioral hospital located in Lafayette, IN. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. Position Details:

Responsible for the human resources functions for multiple locations in the same geographic area. The Market HRD is a key member of the Hospitals’ Leadership Teams and focuses on building the overall team through recruiting and hiring of staff, onboarding/training new employees and ensuring a positive overall culture at the facilities. The Market HDR delivers exceptional HR administration and compliance by maintaining employee files, also tracks and ensures all employee certifications are up to date. The HR leader uses team building, conflict resolution and strong communication methods to align individual and team performance with organization, vision, strategies, and mission. Market HRD leads the goal setting, performance management and annual compensation and benefits review processes. Manages and coordinates day to day HR activities such as benefits, leave management, worker’s comp, etc. Manages HR staff in affected facilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:
- 5 plus years progressive HR experience. Hospital experience preferred.
