Job Description


Director of Quality, Compliance, and Risk

  • Develops and implements policies, procedures, and annual strategic plans with respect to hospital quality, compliance, and risk
  • Provides education to hospital employees, Board, and physicians regarding quality, compliance, and risk requirements and objective
  • Enforces and assures that the hospital employees, Board, and physicians follow quality, compliance, and risk rules and regulations
  • Provides for multiple means of communication for employees, Board, and physicians to report quality, compliance, and risk concerns or violations
  • Reports, investigates, evaluates, and resolves quality, compliance, and risk concerns
  • Supervises the employees in compliance, patient services, risk management, quality, and infection control

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of hospital management experience
