Job Description
Reputable healthcare facility neighboring Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time, permanent Quality & Risk Director to join their leadership team. Highly competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and quarterly bonuses!
Annual Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
Quality & Risk Director Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
- Selected Quality & Risk Director is eligible for quarterly bonuses
- Great benefits including health/dental/vision coverages
- Retirement plan with employer contribution available
- Quality & Risk Director will lead department with 2 direct-reports and will report directly to the hospital CEO
- The ideal Quality & Risk Director candidate must have extensive previous experience with The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation processes within a hospital setting
Quality & Risk Director Qualifications:
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in healthcare or alike field
- Must have at least 4-5 years of hospital-specific Quality and/or Risk Management experience
