TITLE: Nursing Home Administrator(LNHA)
Location: Balsam Lake, WI 54810

What they’re looking for:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred.
• Possess one(1) or more years of experience as a nursing home administrator.
• Must posses a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license in Wisconsin.
Hours and compensation potential:
• Primarily day shift.
• The salary range is between 95K-125k depending on experience.
• A full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO and tuition reimbursement
What you’ll be doing:
• Direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities, as well as all company policies to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to the residents at all times.
• Administrator must also operate the facility in accordance with the facility’s budget.
What you can expect is:
• Position is located north of Balsam Lake, WI and is a 50 bed facility located on a golf course
• The company is a leading provider of short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term nursing care. Operate in multiple states and over 4K beds.
