Human Resources/Quality Coordinator

Copper Springs East is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Gilbert, AZ. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Copper Springs East, we are dedicated to Changing People’s Lives®.

The Human Resource Department plays a key role in helping fulfill our mission of “Changing People’s Lives®”. The Human Resource/Quality Coordinator assists the Human Resources Director and Quality Director in building the overall team through recruiting and hiring of hospital staff, onboarding/training new employees and ensuring a positive overall culture at the facility. Responsible for the collection and analysis of data on hospital performance, incidents, and documentation to ensure provision of quality care. Assists in the development and delivery of Performance Improvement, Risk Management and Staff Development activities throughout the assigned hospital to ensure that all state, federal, TJC standards for care consistently met. Assists in investigating incidents as needed. Performs a wide range of activities to facilitate healthcare quality, regulatory compliance, risk management, and advocacy services for the hospital and the effective implementation of customer service initiatives provided by the hospital.So, do you have what it takes to become part of a team dedicated to Changing People’s Lives®?

Position Details

  • HR Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, provides guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of Human Resources department. This is a dual position working with the Director of Human Resources and Director of Quality.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous experience working in Human Resources and/or quality.
