Job Description
QuarterLine has an immediate opening for two Opthalmology Technician positions at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Qualifications:
Completion of an ophthalmology technician or optometry technician certification course
A minimum of one year of experience in Opthalmology
Must have knowledge of ocular anatomy; opthalmic medications; visual physiology, optics; use and maintenance of opthalmic instruments and testing equipment; opthalmic and medical regulations; medical terminology; optometric technology; asepsis; ocular referrals and emergency medical treatment; patient transportation; medical ethics; medical administration; surgical instruments and equipment; opthalmic injectable medication; anesthetic solutions; and ocular disorders
Current BLS certification
Must be able to pass a public trust background check and drug screen.
