Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 N Pay Rate: $31.00 - 36.00

Hospital in the Los Angeles is looking for a Clinical Lab Scientist for a 3 month contract. Local candidate preferred. Premium Pay for night shifts.

Medical technologists, or clinical laboratory scientists, are responsible for performing complex tests on blood and other body fluids, such as: biological, chemical, hematological, immunological, microscopic, and bacteriological tests. Medical technologists analyze samples for chemical content or reaction, determine concentrations of compounds, and type and cross match samples for blood transfusions. They are also held responsible for the accuracy of the tests they run and the results they find.

Required Qualifications
ASCP; CA license

Preferred Qualifications
3 years Clinical Laboratory Experience
