Speech & Language Pathologist - Rehab - (SLP)
StartDate: 02/02/2015Available Shifts: 8 D/E Pay Rate: $39.00 - 41.50

Acute care hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic speech language pathologist to join their growing team! Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Speech/language pathologists work with patients who are suffering from, or are prone to, disorders related to speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. In order to address patients’ needs, the speech/language pathologist develops individualized plans that take into account the patient’s needs, progress, and eventual discharge plans. They may also work in a number of specialties, including:

  • Acute
  • Home health
  • Long-term care
  • Outpatient
  • Pediatric
  • Psychiatry
  • Rehabilitation
  • School


Required Qualifications
- CA license
- Rehab experience
- Experience with cognition & swallow

Preferred Qualifications
- Modified Barium Swallows experience
