Speech & Language Pathologist - Acute - (SLP)
StartDate: 01/05/2015Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $39.00 - 41.50

SLP to join the team in their INPATIENT REHAB UNIT. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Additional Requirements/Information:
" Nationally recognized rehab company
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as aSLPand/or registered as a SLPper state requirements.



Speech/language pathologists work with patients who are suffering from, or are prone to, disorders related to speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. In order to address patients’ needs, the speech/language pathologist develops individualized plans that take into account the patient’s needs, progress, and eventual discharge plans. They may also work in a number of specialties, including:

  • Acute
  • Home health
  • Long-term care
  • Outpatient
  • Pediatric
  • Psychiatry
  • Rehabilitation
  • School
