The role of the certified respiratory therapist (CRT) is to assist physicians in the care of patients in need of improved respiratory function. Respiratory therapists also assist in research, ECG interpretation, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.

A beautiful 150 acre Botanical Garden represents Florida’s extensive native and tropical plants and has amazed all those who go visit the garden. If you like sculptures, for a small fee, you won’t want to miss the “Gulf Coast Museum of Art†which is home to contemporary artists featuring crafts and collections of works of art from local artists. Largo, which is part of Pinellas County, is also close to Indian Rocks Beach and Pinewood Cultural Park.
