JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Area Therapy Director, you will:

Develop appropriate treatment plans with measurable goals and time frames
Document treatment plans, as well as the actual treatments chosen and provided
Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate patients’ functional abilities
Perform full evaluations of the functional abilities and progress of the patients
Evaluate the capital equipment and staff needs of each area center of responsibility
Make recommendations for continuances or changes in patients’ therapy programs,
including recommended discharges from therapy
Participate with the Center Leadership Teams in all area centers of responsibility in order to bring new business to the centers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Licensure requirements of jurisdiction
Three years of clinical experience without an occupational health background, or two years with occupational health background
