Job Description
The Opportunity
-Work closely with rehabilitation team members to evaluate and treat patients with a variety of issues such as low-back pain, arthritis, heart disease, fractures, head injuries and cerebral palsy
-Establishing individualized evidence-based patient treatment plans according to physicians' orders
-Teaching patients how to use devices such as crutches, wheelchairs or prostheses
-Collaborating with other healthcare providers to maintain continuity of care and focus on patient goals
