Possess and maintain a current, unrestricted license to practice as a physical therapist in any one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Provide proof of professional development through continuing education within the last 24 months. Possess a minimum of one (1) year experience as a physical therapist within the preceding two (2) years.
