Occupational Therapist - Rehab - (OT - Rehab)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $41.00 - 43.50

An occupational therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assistance to patients who need help performing a wide variety of activities, especially daily needs (e.g., dressing, cooking, eating, driving, etc.) and motor skills. In addition, occupational therapy requires an OT to perform comprehensive at-home and job-site evaluations, and maintain an open line of communication with patients’ family members and caregivers. They may have a number of specialties, including:

• Acute
• Hand
• Home health
• Long-term care
• Outpatient
• Pediatric
• Psychiatric
• Rehabilitation
• School

Required Qualifications
AZ License

Preferred Qualifications
Requires 2 years of core staff experience in an acute care/ICU setting.
Requires 6 months of travel experience in an acute care/ICU setting.
Some Neuro experience required.
AZ Occupational Therapist license
BLS - American Heart Association
Some weekends are required
