JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Occupational Therapist PRN you will:
Conduct initial evaluations on physician-referred patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate patients’ functional abilities
Document treatment plans according to guidelines
Communicate with referring physicians, giving full evaluations on patients’ progress
