Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $45.00-47.50 *

Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join the team. Therapist will treat an adult and geriatric population seeing approximately 5-6 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Additional Requirements/Information:
·Interested candidates must have recent home health experience
·Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an OT and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist per state requirements.

An occupational therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assistance to patients who need help performing a wide variety of activities, especially daily needs (e.g., dressing, cooking, eating, driving, etc.) and motor skills. In addition, occupational therapy requires an OT to perform comprehensive at-home and job-site evaluations, and maintain an open line of communication with patients’ family members and caregivers. They may have a number of specialties, including:

  • Pediatric
  • Psychiatric
  • Rehabilitation
  • School


Required Qualifications
-CT license
-Home Health experience (no exceptions)

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience using Healthwyse EMR software
