Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)
Home healthcare company is seeking a self starting, highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join the team. Therapist will treat an adult and geriatric population seeing approximately 6 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

An occupational therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assistance to patients who need help performing a wide variety of activities, especially daily needs (e.g., dressing, cooking, eating, driving, etc.) and motor skills. In addition, occupational therapy requires an OT to perform comprehensive at-home and job-site evaluations, and maintain an open line of communication with patients’ family members and caregivers. They may have a number of specialties, including:

Required Qualifications
-NY license -2 - 3 years of acute geri patient experience (SNF, hospital, Alf, Etc.), preferably home care experience in the mix.
Preferred Qualifications
-Home Health experience
