This facility is looking for an experienced LMSW to join their team of highly skilled individuals. Social workers are responsible for providing psychological support to people, families or vulnerable communities to give them the coping mechanisms they need to combat ailments. Social workers also provide advice for family caregivers, counsel patients, and help organize the patient’s treatment plan following discharge from the facility. The social worker works in a variety of settings, such as:

• Acute
• Home health
• Long-term care
• Outpatient

Required Qualifications
1+ years of IP experience - will consider a candidate with lots of hospital experience and/or home care experience.

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of home care experience.
